There are of course a number of valid reasons why you are unable to attend (a part of) the course, or perhaps you have changed your mind. Upon cancellation it is possible to, in consultation with us, arrange a replacement, providing they meet the entry requirements. Cancellation is only possible via written notice or email until 6 weeks before the start of the course. The entire cost is payable if the cancellation falls within 6 weeks to the start of the course.
In the case of illness right before the start, unfortunate personal circumstances, danger of contagion or symptoms matching an illness or requiring quarantine, we endeavour to fill your spot by offering it to someone on the waiting list, and postpone your enrolment, but we cannot guarantee this. If we are unable to do this, or if it is too short notice, you are liable for the cost of the course. This is also the case if you stop your course halfway through.
We presume that you will be present for the duration of the course. If, due to circumstances, you miss a module, it unfortunately is not possible to catch up on that module as part of a different group. Reimbursement of participation cost is also not possible.
Providing you give a notice of 6 or more weeks before the start of the course, reimbursement is possible. If you let us know within 6 weeks of the start date, you are liable for the complete cost for the course.
When, due to force majeure, we are forced to cancel training days, for example in the case of trainer illness, we will offer an alternate date to catch up on missed days. Reimbursement will not take place unless we cancel the entire course.
