Beyond Patriarchy: Women, Power and the Future of Leadership
Explore the sources you lead from as a woman and what it means to lead from the full depth of who you are.
For female leaders who:
- have built something real - a career, a practice, a movement, a company
- know that being driven, armoured and always performing has a cost
- sense that there is a more powerful way forward, rooted in feminine strength
- are ready to find like-minded travellers
Content
Something is shifting. The old structures, the ones built on competition, control and the relentless push forward, are loosing its grip. You feel the pressure which on the one hand causes that structure to need more control and exaggeration. And on the other hand, we can notice that new ways are trying to break and shine through.
As female leader and possible participant of this training you feel and know there is another way, a way where you can work in your full female power.
How to navigate systems that live by old rules and outdated power structures? How have women become entangled in these systems and what different ways of leading are emerging?
In this training we will zoom out to the bigger and older picture that female leaders have been part of. What was your response? What responses are needed towards the and your upcoming future? We will use experiential and embodied learning for self- and collective reflections.
And particularly important in our encounter, what are the sources we lead from as women? What does it look like when a woman leads from the full depth of who she is – not softer, not gentler, but more grounded, fiercer and entirely herself?

For female leaders who:
- are already doing the work. You have built something real - a career, a practice, a movement, a company. People follow your lead. You are not here because you are lost.
- are here because you know that the way you've had to operate - driven, armoured, always performing - has a cost. And because you sense, deeply, that there is a more powerful way forward. One rooted not in masculine momentum but in feminine strength: in presence, in intuition, in the kind of leadership that changes rooms without raising its voice.
- are ready to find like-minded travellers - women who walk their own path and know, when the moment calls for it, how to walk together. How do we move from women finding our place in existing patriarchial systems to women collectively transforming the very nature of power, authority and leadership?
Program and location
Location
We stay in the Alexanderhoeve near Den Hoorn, Texel. That accommodation has 8 bedrooms (max 2 persons per room) and the accommodation and mentioned meals are included in the price.
Dates and times
Monday 15 March 2027: 18.00 – 21.30 including welcoming dinner
16, 17, 18 March 2027: 9.30 – 17.00 including breakfast and lunch
Thursday 18 March 2027: 17.00-18.30 closing dinner
You can leave Thursday evening with the 19pm ferry or stay an extra night (without extra costs) and depart Friday 19th march at 10am latest.
Number of participants
There is room for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 16 participants.

Admission
This advanced training is open to women who hold a position of leadership. There is no specific educational background or prior systemic training required.

Training costs
The costs for this training are €2.250 incl. accommodation and the mentioned meals (all meals except dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday).
