In our custom-made programs, we guide organisations in what needs to be addressed and what needs to be learned. We co-create a suitable learning program or team program based on systemic thinking. During the design and implementation phases, we assess what the organisation or team can process and integrate into what becomes visible and tangible.

Our programmes are characterised by their flexibility to work with whatever makes itself known: systemic work can be predicted to a certain extent but comes into its own when it can be adapted to circumstances. This is (one of) the reason(s) we are happy to leave invitations to participate in pre-designed, structured or more broadly oriented leadership programmes to other parties.

Learning programs

A learning program in systemic leadership helps leaders or teams to achieve entirely new goals in a collaborative manner. By introducing an existing issue during the program, you also take an important step forward with your organisation.

Team programs

In systemic sessions, we explore the mutual dynamics and patterns within the team. Where does it flow and where is it stuck? What subconscious forces lie beneath it all? We create movement based on insight and connection.

One-off sessions

In a separate, one-off session we can focus on a question from within the organisation. This could take the form of an intervention, using a constellation around a relevant theme. We also provide suitable presentations or introductions on systemic leadership.
