Our ambitions and goals in life, are oftentimes a response to the environment and the system we grew up in. Becoming a leader, for many leaders, has been a creative, inspired way of dealing with their past, their present and their future. This acknowledgement is the basis for this masterclass.

Stephan Hausner is a true master in the art of creative responses to life. With his personality and unique talent, he utilizes himself as the instrument for change, helping individuals, groups and organisations ‘creating healthy movement’ and themselves being the instrument for healthy movement. We are very pleased that he has agreed to hold a constellations workshop specifically for leaders.

This masterclass will deepen your understanding of your own leadership questions, related to your own patterns. It will help you grow your container to hold the complex challenges you face as a leader. Witnessing and/or working with Stephan provides the opportunity to reflect on why you chose to lead and what you’re -subconsiously- trying to accomplish with that, on a systemic level. Leading by example, Stephan will show how to hold space for reflection and growth. With his presence, he creates an atmosphere in which collaboration and collectiveness are natural consequences.

In this masterclass you may learn:

how to grow leadership skills such as: presence, holding space for growth, being instrumental for movement;
how to make space for long-repressed history and get access to your potential that has been repressed with it, through exploration and acknowledgement;
how the (leadership/business) problem that you are facing, is related to you, maybe even showing how you were blocking the solution until now;
how to work with the right pace in order for stuckness to be able to transform into movement.

This masterclass, also aims:

⁠to create a space where leaders can explore their personal questions;
⁠that you become acquainted with the systemic perspective by participating in or witnessing cases of yourself and/or others;
⁠that you may experience new movement, within you and, consequently and inevitably, outside of you.

This masterclass is for leaders who want to increase their systemic awareness, want to experience a constellation and/or for leaders who want to research a personal or leadership question with a constellation. During the masterclass, Stephan will determine which cases will be used for constellations.

We often see that, witnessing or participating in a systemic constellation of someone else, themes within you are also touched, clarification of your own (subconscious) questions arises and your systemic consciousness is stimulated.
